Milestone-secured payments are part of access.

Copay is EnerProcure's escrow partner and the escrow provider of record. Funds are held by Copay under EnerProcure's arrangement and released on evidenced, agreed milestone completion per the contract terms. Escrow terms are set per contract and agreed with both parties before an order is raised.

ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification for EnerProcure Limited are in progress and neither is held today. The platform runs on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II by our platform provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), tenancy is enforced at the database layer, and every mutation is written to an immutable audit trail.
