EnerProcure is the procurement layer the William Hynes Group built for its own renewables programme, and then opened to the market because the same problems recurred with every counterparty it worked with.

The thesis

Utility-scale procurement is a coordination problem.

Repetitive supplier verification, unstructured and non-comparable bids, slow cycles, limited milestone visibility and an over-reliance on spreadsheets and email cost more than any line-item price difference. Speed comes from removing that, not from removing control.

Quotes, awards, milestones and documents are timestamped and attributable, so the record answers a lender or board question without preparation.

The William Hynes Group is a multi-asset renewables developer and operator with active solar PV and battery storage programmes across Europe and MENA. EnerProcure was incubated inside the group, tested on real awards, and now serves the wider market under independent governance. EnerProcure Limited is registered in Ireland.

EnerProcure is built and hosted on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Those certifications are held by our platform provider, not by EnerProcure Limited. EnerProcure's own ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications are both in progress and neither is held today; neither is ever presented as achieved.

ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification for EnerProcure Limited are in progress and neither is held today. The platform runs on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II by our platform provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), tenancy is enforced at the database layer, and every mutation is written to an immutable audit trail.
