The advantage is not automation. It is governance-led speed.
EnerProcure is the procurement layer the William Hynes Group built for its own renewables programme, and then opened to the market because the same problems recurred with every counterparty it worked with.
Utility-scale procurement is a coordination problem.
Repetitive supplier verification, unstructured and non-comparable bids, slow cycles, limited milestone visibility and an over-reliance on spreadsheets and email cost more than any line-item price difference. Speed comes from removing that, not from removing control.
Closed by design
An invitation-led network of verified buyers, manufacturers and carriers, with verification held once and reused rather than repeated per enquiry.
Defensible by construction
Quotes, awards, milestones and documents are timestamped and attributable, so the record answers a lender or board question without preparation.
Project-grade primitives
Built around 20MW+ programmes: project cargo, dangerous-goods classification, IEC certification, Incoterms and multi-currency evaluation are first-class concepts.
Multi-jurisdiction
Tendering and delivery across the EU, UK, MENA and APAC, with jurisdictional requirements surfaced inline rather than discovered late.
Six rules the platform will not bend.
These are not features. They are the conditions under which every capability on the platform operates.
Clear permissioning
Who can see and do what is explicit, scoped to the organisation and answerable at any point in time.
Audit trails
Every material action is logged, timestamped and attributable to a named user.
Version integrity
Superseded revisions are retained rather than overwritten, so the current document is unambiguous.
Structured workflows
Enquiries, bids, awards and milestones follow a defined route rather than an inbox convention.
Evidence-first milestones
A milestone advances on accepted evidence, not on a claim that work is complete.
Controlled change
Variations and claims move through a defined route with the original position preserved alongside them.
AI proposes. The record shows who decided.
Bill-of-materials findings, supplier matching and shortlist suggestions are presented with their reasoning attached, as a second opinion. The decision, its justification and the person who made it are what enter the audit trail.
A William Hynes Group platform.
The William Hynes Group is a multi-asset renewables developer and operator with active solar PV and battery storage programmes across Europe and MENA. EnerProcure was incubated inside the group, tested on real awards, and now serves the wider market under independent governance. EnerProcure Limited is registered in Ireland.
EnerProcure is built and hosted on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Those certifications are held by our platform provider, not by EnerProcure Limited. EnerProcure's own ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications are both in progress and neither is held today; neither is ever presented as achieved.
Ask us the difficult questions.
We would rather answer them before you commit a programme to the platform than afterwards.
