Procurement speed that comes from governance, not shortcuts.
EnerProcure runs utility-scale solar PV and BESS packages in a single governed environment — comparable bids, evidence-gated milestone release and a record you can put in front of a lender without preparation.
The delay is rarely the market. It is the process.
Procurement cycles do not stall because supply is unavailable. They stall because verification is repeated, bids are not comparable and the evidence needed to release money is scattered.
Bids arrive in incomparable formats
Scope, Incoterms, warranty terms and validity windows differ line by line, so the comparison is rebuilt by hand and the reasoning is never recorded.
In EnerProcureStructured enquiries and a like-for-like comparison within each currency, with the weighting and the working shown.
Milestone visibility ends at the purchase order
Progress is reported by email, evidence sits in inboxes and payment decisions rest on assertion rather than acceptance.
In EnerProcureEvery milestone carries its required evidence pack, its reviewer and its approval chain, and money moves only once those are satisfied.
Award decisions cannot be defended after the fact
When a lender, auditor or board committee asks why a supplier was chosen, the record is a reconstruction rather than a log.
In EnerProcureEvery material action is logged, timestamped and attributable, and the award justification is captured at the moment of award.
Spreadsheets and email carry the process
Versions diverge, the current document is whichever attachment was opened last, and control depends on individual discipline.
In EnerProcureOne data room with version integrity and clear permissioning, so the current version is unambiguous.
Tender to delivery, under one governance model.
The seven capability pillars, applied to the buyer side: structured tendering, verified supply, contract-phase control, assisted shortlisting, comparable evaluation, controlled documents and measured performance.
Tender & bid management
Scope, bill of materials, invited suppliers, Incoterms and deadlines issued as a structured enquiry. Invitation status and quote counts are visible without chasing.
Supplier onboarding & verification
Verification is held once and reused across enquiries — certifications, standing and capacity already checked, with expiry surfaced before it affects a live bid.
Bid comparison & evaluation
Like-for-like within each currency across price, Incoterm, lead time, warranty and validity. Weighted scores are derived, not asserted, and the working can be expanded.
AI matching & shortlisting
Bill-of-materials findings and shortlist suggestions are presented as a second opinion with their reasoning attached. The decision, and the record of it, remain yours.
Contract phase & milestones
Defined, in progress, evidence submitted, under review, approved, released. Overdue milestones are flagged and releases are blocked until every criterion is met.
Data room & document control
Version integrity and clear permissioning across drawings, certificates and evidence packs, so the current document is never in question.
Performance visibility
Quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness measured across packages, feeding the invitation list for the next tender.
Controlled change
Variations, claims and revisions move through a defined route with the original position preserved alongside the change.
Copay holds the funds. Evidence moves them.
Copay is EnerProcure's escrow partner and the escrow provider of record. Funds are held by Copay under EnerProcure's arrangement and released on evidenced, agreed milestone completion per the contract terms. Capital is not released against an assertion. A release requires accepted evidence and the approvals the contract requires, and every held and released amount is reconciled in the contract workspace.
Every approval in the release chain is logged, timestamped and attributable.
A record built for the people who ask afterwards.
- Every material action is logged, timestamped and attributable to a named user.
- Award justifications are captured at the point of award, not reconstructed later.
- Evidence acceptance and rejection are both recorded, with the reviewer named.
- Document versions are retained, so a superseded revision remains inspectable.
- Permissions are explicit, so who could see and do what at a given time is answerable.
- Escrow positions reconcile to committed, held, released and pending, with the provider reference attached.
EnerProcure does not hold a certification in its own name today. ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 are both in progress and are never presented as achieved.
Bring a live package and we will walk it through.
We will take one of your current tenders and show how it would be issued, compared, awarded and released inside the platform.
