Corpay is EnerProcure's escrow partner and intended escrow provider of record. Once legal and API entitlements are resolved and live fund flows are enabled, the intended model is to hold and release funds against agreed milestone evidence. The prepared control model requires provider-confirmed commitment before production begins. Live fund flows remain disabled; evidence requirements can still be agreed in advance.
Every approval in the release chain is logged, timestamped and attributable.

EnerProcure is built and hosted on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, held by our platform provider rather than by EnerProcure Limited. EnerProcure's own ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications are both in progress and neither is held today. What is true today: access is separated by organisation at the database layer, the hosting platform encrypts data in transit and at rest, and key workflow actions keep a timestamped, attributable record. EnerProcure's own data-protection review is in progress.
