Technical acceptance

An engineering reviewer checks the agreed evidence and accepts, rejects or raises a defect.

Capital moves against evidence, never an assertion.

EnerProcure has partnered with Corpay for milestone payments. Live payments open once the escrow mandate and account set-up are finalised; until then the workspace prepares each step without moving money.

Commit

The contract records the intended commitment and checks required before production is scheduled.

Hold

The intended provider arrangement maps each prepared instruction to named milestones. Activation terms remain unresolved.

Evidence

The supplier or forwarder submits the evidence pack the contract specifies for that milestone.

Approve

Evidence is reviewed and approved through the approval chain the contract requires. Nothing is implicit.

Release

Only after the required approvals can an authorised release instruction be prepared. Live movement remains off.

For the buyer

Capital is not released against an assertion

A release requires accepted evidence and the approvals the contract requires. A milestone that has been claimed but not evidenced does not move money, and the position of every held and released amount is visible in the contract workspace with the provider reference attached.

For the supplier

Commitment controls precede production

The prepared control model requires provider-confirmed commitment before production begins. Live fund flows are disabled, so the current workspace records intended instructions and evidence requirements without representing money as held.
